What communities do you support?

We support Discord at this time. In the coming weeks, we will add support for Slack and Telegram.

What payment providers do you support?

We support Lemon Squeezy and Gumroad at this time. In the coming weeks, we will add support for Stripe and also accepting payments straight from Chatpass.

Can I accept payments straight from Chatpass?

This feature is coming later in the summer. We will notify you when it is available.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You can do this from your account settings.

Where can I find my invoices?

You can find your invoices in your account settings by navigating to the Stripe customer portal.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. You can do this from your account settings.
